COVID-19 HLA UPDATE

In conformity with Kenya government directive on indefinite closure of all learning institutions due to the global spread COVID-19, Haven Light School shall remain closed until we are advised by government.

In the meantime, the School has put in place a robust follow up program for the students to continue learning during this period. All students have carried home revisionary work and homework. All teaching staff are easily available to all students in matters academic ONLY. This is done through text messages, email and video call where necessary - between individual students and their teachers. To ensure this goes on smoothly, every student has a personal timetable whose running is closely monitored by the parents of the student.

Any completed homework is emailed to the teacher (copied to the school admin) for moderation. The teacher in turn marks/corrects and re-emails it back to the student.
