HLA offers Pearson Edexcel qualifications. It is purely an examination body. Pearson Edexcel is the brand name for academic and general qualifications from Pearson, including iGCSEs and A levels, as well as some vocational qualifications. They are grounded in the quality and traditions of the British education system made relevant for today’s UK and international learners. What is Edexcel? In a nutshell, Edexcel is a qualification brand for academic and general qualifications from Pearson. In HLA, students who are on the A.C.E program and would prefer a wider option of career paths e.g (medicine and Law) will transit at grade 9 to IGCSE. The two curricula will work hand in hand. The Christian foundation (values and ethos) will still be upheld with A.C.E feeding the IGCSE.
